What is your role?
Services Executive. This involves meet and greet at reception, telephone answering, taking meeting room bookings. Additionally, I am responsible for keeping our CRM system up to date with new licenses and terminations and also deal with the rent billing run at the beginning of each month and also chase outstanding debts.

I have worked at Business Central from the beginning when the centre opened – 6 years.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy all aspects of my job but do enjoy meeting people and promoting the centre where I can.
