About Helena Hill

Helena Hill is a user experience and service design consultant with expertise in digital transformation, customer and user-centric strategy, user interface design and information architecture.

She also has an excellent track record of helping internal UX and service design advocates embed a user-centred approach into large organisations.

UX and service design training is a core area of work for Helena. She regularly delivers in-house corporate workshops and training courses for ambitious and growth-focussed start-ups, SMEs and global companies.

She is currently writing a book on how to Embed Experience Design in Large Organisations (including how to get buy-in from those with the purse strings!)

Supply Chain North East brings together four key partners to work with over 800 businesses through to 2021, supporting them to identify opportunities in new and existing markets. An integral part of the North East Strategic Economic Plan, that has a vision to create 100,000 more and better jobs between 2014 and 2024.
